I have been serving as EO since April 2018. As a Shawano native, it's a great honor and opportunity to be able to serve the community and help provide scholarships to promote our next generation entering the building trades. If you're looking to join a great organization of professionals in construction and home-related careers - look no further! Send me an e-mail at wolfriverbuilders@gmail.com and we'll connect!
I first came to Shawano in 2008 during the summers to play baseball, work with the lake association (SAWM) and the Shawano County Land and Development Department. After college, in the summer of 2011 I met my wife Mckaslyn. We have three children, Isaac, Isabella and Seth. We are a busy family active in church, soccer, hockey, baseball and softball. In 2019 my entrepreneurial journey began when my wife and I formed Lakeview Revival WI Inc. We are a home service business, serving commercial, residential and storefront clients focused around exterior cleaning like pressure washing, window cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, as well as painting, staining and other add ons. We currently have three full time, and three part time employees and in the summer months have upwards of 6-7 additional seasonal techs. We enjoy serving many people and businesses in the Shawano and surrounding area and continue to grow each year.
I was born and raised on a small dairy farm in Shawano County where I attended the Shawano Community public school district. Currently, I am the Assistant Branch Manager at Bank First in Shawano where we pride ourselves on relationship banking. I specialize in Personal Loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit for use of home improvement, debt consolidation or any other needs that may arise. I have been a member of WRBA for a year now and love the amount of community involvement it has to offer, especially the Scholarship Program that they offer to individuals going into the trades. Come join us at a monthly board meeting or feel free to ask me how you can get involved.
I was born and raised in Shawano and a graduate of Shawano High and then a graduate of NWTC for carpentry/cabinetry. I am the owner of Bryan Nemetz Construction LLC and have been in the construction business for more than 20 years. My business consists of new home construction, renovations and remodels, roofing, siding, garages, and decks. I have been a member of WRBA for 6 years and serving on the board the last 4 years. I joined WRBA to have a trustworthy and reliable network of businesses to collaborate with to make the building experience smooth for my customers. Please feel free to reach out to me or any of our board members with any questions about joining Wolf River Builders Association.
My name is Jessica Kosnicki and I was born and raised in Shawano. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator at CoVantage Credit Union where I specialize in mortgage loans for primary, secondary and investment properties, as well as new construction loans. I have a passion for helping people achieve one of the biggest accomplishments in their life whether it means buying or building a home! I am proud to serve our community and I am also a proud member of the Wolf River Builders Association. It is important to me to get our youth more involved in various aspects of the trades business and the WRBA is doing a fantastic job at just that. Feel free to join us at our monthly meetings for a way to see how you can get involved or become a member!
